1.HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you.

5. HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated for your order.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

For the customized orders, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. The other orders are possible to cancel before the status of `` Shipping``.

11. How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.

13. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple places. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

15. Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different providers. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail of provider`s page as shown in the image below. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

After submitting the order, you will receive a link to check your order status.

10. Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
